Role Description
Hope Matters Institute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Associate-Level Therapist (ACSW, AMFT, APCC) for a full-time remote position. In this role, you’ll provide relationship counseling, family therapy, and mental health support in a warm, collaborative, and professional environment. We believe in creating a balanced and supportive environment for our therapists.We understand that every clinician has unique needs and rhythms, so we offer flexibility and guidance to help you build a sustainable schedule that supports both your clients’ well-being and your own.We’re seeking someone who brings strong common sense, good judgment, and the ability to work independently, while staying engaged with the support and guidance of supervisors and colleagues.This role is ideal for an associate who values flexibility, professionalism, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families.
