Position Summary :

As a Lead Residential Service Plumber at Metz, you'll be more than a technician — you’ll be a leader, problem solver , and customer care expert . You’ll take charge of residential plumbing jobs, guide less experienced techs, and ensure every job is

completed to the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead residential plumbing service calls from diagnosis to completion.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
• Be the on-site point of contact for customers, delivering clear communication and outstanding service.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers to ensure quality workmanship.
• Organize your day efficiently, including tools, materials, and scheduling .
• Identify complex plumbing issues and develop reliable, cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Accurately document work is performed, and parts are used in our system.
