State Medical License REQUIRED

Willing to license IMLC or WV temp license candidates

DEA REQUIRED

Certifications REQUIRED : BLS, ACLS

Minimum Experience : 1 year Schedule

Shift Hours : MondayFriday, 7 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM

Call : ~6 days / month (includes weeknights + weekends) Practice Setting

Specialty : Otolaryngology

Patient Population : Pediatrics through adults

1 NP (intermittent support)

1 Pre-Cert Specialist (for scheduling, authorizations, testing, and surgeries)

Procedures : Must be proficient in all General ENT procedures
