SAP SuccessFactors Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Create structured training programs and curricula using SuccessFactors LMS

Configure and manage learning items, programs, and curricula within the LMS

Work with instructional designers and SMEs to identify learning needs and define objectives

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's preferred)

Extensive experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eLearning development tools

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
