Job Overview

M.C. Dean specializes in electrical engineering and systems integration, focusing on automation systems. We seek a dedicated Deputy Project Leader to support our Automation Systems Business Unit. The role involves assisting the Project Leader in overseeing automation projects across various applications such as industrial controls, water / wastewater, power controls, cybersecurity, energy management, building automation, and transportation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and an interest in advancing into project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Project Support :
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing automation projects.
• Define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables with the team.
• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and manage risks and changes.
