Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical setting
- Proficiency in using computers, healthcare software, and web-based applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information across diverse audiences
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to delegate and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and evidence-based practices
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in clinical specialty areas (e.g., CCRN, CNOR)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities for enhanced patient communication
- Leadership or preceptor experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- More than 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or surgical unit
- Prior experience with patient education and care coordination
Other Requirements:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications from the American Heart Association
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing
- Willingness to work shifts from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM (full 24-hour shift)
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and infection control protocols
- Reliable transportation for potential facility travel or training (if applicable)
