Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant / Rehab Director for an open position in Jackson, LA. This is a long-term VA facility. You must be a licensed therapist.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistant. Experience as a Rehab Director is helpful (not required).
