Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals or couples to provide Alternative Family Living (AFL) services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.By opening your home,you can make a significant difference in their life and contribute to your community.

Responsibilities :

• Provide 24-hour supervision and support for an individual with intellectual disabilities.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive home environment.
• Assist with daily living activities,including personal care,meal preparation,and medication administration.
• Ensure the individual's safety and well-being.
• Participate in ongoing training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge.
