Overview
As our Creative Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand’s visual identity and storytelling. You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team of designers, writers, and strategists to craft powerful campaigns and experiences that connect with our audience across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the creative vision and brand identity across all channels.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives—designers, copywriters, video producers, and freelancers.
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, product launches, and branded content.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and executive leadership to align creative work with business objectives.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and innovation across all outputs.
- Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our creative edge sharp.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a senior creative role, including at least 1 year in a leadership position.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of campaign work, brand development, and multimedia content.Exceptional conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.Deep understanding of design, branding, and content strategy.Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and executive stakeholders.Nice To Haves
Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, entertainment, fashion.Hands-on experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).Background in motion design, video production, or UX / UI is a plus.Benefits
