Overview

HR Generalist — Location : 1 Dixon Square, Chestertown, MD 21620. Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday. Salary Range : $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

The Dixon Group is looking for a dedicated and people-centered HR Generalist to join our team in Chestertown, MD. As our HR Generalist, you will be instrumental in supporting our people. You will contribute to the talent lifecycle, participating in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. You\'ll serve as a trusted partner by navigating employee relations with empathy and strong conflict resolution skills, while overseeing vendor relationships to optimize HR partnerships. You will drive efficiency by utilizing HRIS systems to maintain accurate records, streamline operations, and prepare correspondence and reports. You will also manage schedules, organize information, and assist with various projects. Above all, you must maintain integrity by consistently handling all confidential information with the utmost discretion and trustworthiness.
