Laundry Attendant / Front Desk- Night Shifts

Inn at Santa Fe is hiring for laundry attendant / front desk person who will be required work graveyard shifts. The shifts are from 11pm-7am, Monday and Tuesday. Perfect shifts if you are looking for a couple of nights and have a separate FT job.

Shift Monday & Tuesday 11pm to 7am

POSITION : Part-Time Laundry Attendant / Front Desk. Must be flexible, reliable and be available weekends and holidays. Hotel experience is a plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to) :

• Ensure the proper appearance of the lobby and all public areas, including the complimentary breakfast area.
• Complete laundry duties such as placing the hotel linens in washer and dryer and then folding them.
• Be proficient on the use of property management system
• Be able to use all front office equipment such as credit card machine, copier and fax
• Handle guest complaints effectively
• Process reservations by mail, telephone, fax and central reservation system
• Fully understand hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
• Process cancellations and modifications to reservations
• Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests, managers and all other associates
