Now Hiring : Hourly Night-Time Manager

Hours : 2 : 00 PM - 9 : 30 PM (Up to 5 shifts per week)

Availability : Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

Are you a dependable, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment? We're looking for a Night-Time Hourly Manager who ensures our restaurant runs just as smoothly as if the GM were on-site.

What You'll Do :

Lead evening operations with consistency and professionalism

Ensure all team members follow Kneaders policies and procedures

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with employees-this is not a "sit back and watch" role

Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining a collaborative environment

Deliver exceptional guest experiences, even during high-volume hours

Support and communicate with other members of the team

Uphold high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service
