In this position, you will guide, coach, and mentor your team of Pawn Brokers and Sales Associates while delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating lasting relationships with our customers. • Your specific duties in this role will include:

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
• 2+ years in a management role
• Legally authorized to handle all firearms in accordance with ATF regulations
• Knowledge of frequently pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, and electronics
• Demonstrates the ability to meet and exceed performance goals and metrics
• Bilingual (Spanish) a BIG PLUS
