Mortgage Title Closing Agent

We're looking for a Mortgage Title Closing Agent to join our client's team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and accurate processing of loan files after closing.

Schedule : 8am - 5pm

Salary : $35,000 - $40,000 / yr.

What You'll Do :

• Review closed loan packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify that all required documents are signed, notarized, and properly recorded.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and investor guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver final loan packages to lenders, investors, or agencies.
• Track and resolve any post-closing deficiencies or corrections.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and internal staff to resolve outstanding issues.
• Assist with filing, scanning, and archiving loan documents.
