The University of Maine System (UMS) IT Support Services department is seeking three Technology Support Technicians to join our team. These positions focus on providing responsive, high-quality desktop support for faculty and staff.
The Technology Support Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining end-user computing environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the reliability of daily operations across campus. The starting wage is $25.19 per hour (non-negotiable), or the appropriate transfer rate for ACSUM / COLT unit members within the University of Maine System.
