• 40 hour per week schedule with guaranteed 32 - 40 hours weekly
• 26 points per week for physical therapy
• Home health setting
• Home health experience required
• HCHB experience preferred
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
