Immediate Need for Overnight Shifts

We are specifically looking for Overnight LPNs from 10 PM to 6 AM to provide high-quality care to our clients during these critical hours.  Hourly Pay : $40-$45 (LPN)

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Delivering “Best Practice” nursing care to patients in their homes, including checking vital signs and providing personal care.

Documenting patient information in a confidential and accurate manner.

Collaborating with the Director of Clinical Nursing and emergency services to report any changes in patient condition.

Providing emotional support to patients and their families, especially during challenging times.

Advanced nursing tasks such as IV management, chest tube care, and colostomy / urinary catheter care (when applicable).

We’re Looking For You If You Have :

A valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.

An annual physical completed within the past year.

PPD or QuantiFERON test (within the past year), or a chest x-ray (within the last 5 years).

MMR lab results .
