Previous experience in discharge planning, utilization management, knowledge of community resources, assessment skills and clinical and social factors that affect patients functional status at discharge preferred.\nLicense : \nCurrently licensed as an RN in the State of Florida.\nCertifications : \nCase Management certification in : ACM, CCM, NACCM, or CMCN required within 5 yrs. employment.\nOther : \nCommunication and interpersonal skills, basic computer, analytical, grammar and spelling skills.
