Production Supervisor

What our  Production Supervisor   will do :

• Lead and supervise a team of production workers offering guidance training and performance feedback including engaging in corrective action conversations to insure a safe working environment.
• Strategically plan coordinate and oversee daily production activities to meet set targets and deadlines including strict adherence to established production centerlines.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams such as quality control maintenance and logistics to ensure seamless production operations.
• Enforce and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Arils manufacturing processes ensuring uniformity and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor and uphold the functionality of equipment proactively initiating maintenance or repairs as necessary
• Effectively manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies to guarantee uninterrupted production.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations cultivating a safety-aware culture within the production team along with collaborating with Quality control team to ensure the production of high-quality products.
• Observes and enforces safety GMPs and Food safety programs and attends appropriate training sessions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements cost savings and increased efficiency in the production process.
• Maintain precise production records and reports for review of upper management review regarding comprehensive performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
• Manage the Arils facility FMDS (floor management development systems) board and conduct daily meetings.
• Collaborate with the sanitation lead to identify key cleaning areas and implement enhancements to sanitation procedures.
• Assess required workforce and develop a labor model aligned with production requirements.

Qualifications :

Skills & experience that are necessary as our   Prod uction Supervisor  will include but not limited to :

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE : At least 2-4 years progressively responsible Production experience in a supervisory capacity with a specific emphasis in manufacturing preferably within a production / manufacturing setting. Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques production processes quality control costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
