About The Position
Barton Associates is seeking a Pediatric Physician Assistant for a locum tenens position at a clinic in Washington. This long-term assignment spans 240 days, starting on 06 / 02 / 2025, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting developmental behavioral evaluations and testing, with a focus on autism and developmental delays. No procedures are required for this role. The position involves working with Epic EMR and requires an active Washington license. This opportunity also offers the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities and Duties :
- Conduct developmental behavioral evaluations and testing
- Focus on diagnosing and managing autism and developmental delays
- Provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients with developmental concerns
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with developmental disorders
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in developmental behavioral pediatrics
- Participate in any required clinic meetings or training sessions
- Adhere to clinic protocols and best practices in pediatric care
