Key Responsibilities

Represent the company in all phases of litigation and manage bodily injury claims

Provide expert legal advice to internal teams and ensure compliance with applicable laws

Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including proposals for settlement

Required Qualifications and Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing

Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, focusing on automobile accidents

Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations
