As a Medical Technologist / Medical Lab Technician , you will play a critical role in the diagnostic process, performing laboratory procedures that assist in patient care. Your responsibilities will include :

• Analyzing, interpreting, and effectively communicating test results to healthcare teams.
• Adhering to quality control and assurance protocols to maintain high standards.
• Performing maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field.
• ASCP certification required within 9 months of employment.
