Job descriptionStrong medical / dental / vision Strong 401k Profit sharing Family run feel Salary is $60,000 - $70,000 a year. Office based role in Downtown Chicago Prepares accounts payable checks and coordinates processes 3-way match Bookkeeping skills Prints accounts payable reports and maintains accounts payable files Processes / prepares daily invoicing Processes pre-invoicing changes to Sales orders High School Diploma or equivalent education required, Associate's degree preferred 1-2 years accounting experience in a distribution / manufacturing environment preferred Strong organizational and time management skills - must be able to multi task Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail, self-motivated and a team player is essential
