Bring your skills to our team as a Donation Center Associate, where you will handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, and respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person. Additional duties include follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, manage simple records and enter information accurately, coordinate with other departments when needed, as well as learn company products and services to better assist others, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
