Position Summary : The purpose of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is to meet the needs of individuals who have not been well served by traditional service delivery approaches. Grounded in a recovery-oriented practice, ACT offers evidence-based treatment, rehabilitation, case management, and support services through a mobile, multidisciplinary behavioral health treatment team. The Vocational Specialist will play a key role in integrating employment goals with the services provided by our multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing the impact of mental health on employment, developing employment strategies, and assisting individuals in finding suitable employment opportunities.
