Lead Line Cook

Melanie is looking for culinary professionals whith experience in upscale and / or upscale casual dining.  If you have a passion for culinary and a strong creative drive we would like to meet you.  Our menu is small but elevated.  We want to continue to bring beuatifully crafted menu items to our guests and we want our kitchen team members to be inspired to develop.  If interested in working in a small team with a passion for prefessionalism please send us your resume.  This position is paid an hourly wage of $20 plus a share in the nightly tip pool which usually adds another $10-12 per hour on your rate.  We believe guest service is created throughout the entire team.  This position in total pays approx $30-$35 per hour.  Dinner shifts only.
