Position Summary

The role includes clinical assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, crisis support, and coordination of safe, effective care transitions. Works closely with psychiatrists, the interdisciplinary team, families, and community partners to ensure appropriate services and compliance with all regulatory standards.
