Solutions Architect (Coupa Source to Pay)

We are looking for a Solutions Architect (S2P) to join our team! This is an amazing opportunity to lead the architecture for a multi-million-dollar Source to Pay (S2P) program, driving improvements in vendor management and procurement processes. You will own the entire tech stack for Coupa Source to Pay Platform and integrated applications like Oracle EBS, Vertex, OneSource, and NetSuite. Your other responsibilities will include identifying strategic technology choices and areas for solution architecture, business process optimization, and refactoring / tech debt reduction. About You - Experience, Education, Skills

• At least 10 years in IT architecture or senior development roles, with 5+ years in solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa Source to Pay modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing, Payments).
• Experience successfully leading end-to-end integrations with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, NetSuite).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

You will join the ITS Finance team, partnering closely with internal stakeholders across Source to Pay, vendor management, and finance teams. External collaboration may include IT vendors. This role supports a multi-million-dollar S2P program, focused on reducing external spend and improving vendor management processes.
