About the Role :

As a Relationship Banker, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with personalized service. Your primary objective will be to understand each client's unique financial situation and provide tailored banking solutions that enhance their overall banking experience. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to cross-sell products and services, thereby contributing to the growth of the bank's portfolio. Additionally, you will assist clients with account management, transactions, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless banking experience. Ultimately, your success in this role will be measured by client satisfaction, retention, and the achievement of sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
