Unison is SOR's residential services division, designed for efficiency, professionalism, and excellent homeowner experience. We deliver high-quality gutter cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, and seasonal services across partner communities. SOR is headquartered in Raleigh and operates the Charlotte branch from our Center Park Drive, Charlotte warehouse. This role reports to 1392 Center Park Drive.

Role Summary

This role is a hands-on residential service position. You will execute exterior cleaning services such as dryer vent cleaning and pressure washing, manage your assigned truck and equipment, communicate with homeowners when needed, and support training and service consistency for the division. Ideal candidates are reliable, mechanically capable, and able to work independently in the field while maintaining customer professionalism.

Field-based role serving residential neighborhoods within our partner communities. Standard hours : 7 : 30 AM start; typical finish 4-5 PM depending on route - paid lunch and break periods
