- Night shift coverage 7p-7a alongside a physician and swing APP
- Night census averages 135 patients with 10 admits per shift
- Acute care hospitalist position for NP or PA role
- Team structure includes 6-9 day providers, one swing provider, one night provider
- No advanced procedures required
