We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA therapist in Manhattan to join our team at KidzThrive ABA. As an ABA therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD.
Behavior Technician Responsibilities :
Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect data to measure progress
Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
Behavior Technician Requirements :
Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
