RATE OF PAY (HOURLY) : $30-35 / HOUR HOURS 20-25 HRS / Week

Under the direction of the IT Manager, this position provides part-time technical support for computers, phones, networks, and user accounts. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting agency hardware / software, supporting end users, and assisting with the deployment of key systems such as Yardi, Office 365, and other agency applications.

Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and remote access tools.Assist with user account setup, password resets, and basic administration in Microsoft Active Directory.Provide basic server and network support under guidance of the IT Manager.Install, configure, and test PC hardware and software for end users.Troubleshoot level-1 and level-2 technical issues involving hardware, software, and networking.Support users with questions about computers, peripherals, and standard applications to improve productivity.Track software issues, research solutions, and assist with updates or patches.Support agency mobile phones and wireless devices, including inventory maintenance.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR equivalent experience.
At least one year of paid experience providing end-user technical support, installing / upgrading PCs, and troubleshooting software / hardware.OR an equivalent combination of education and / or experience.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE OF / SKILL IN :
Windows 10 / 11; basic understanding of Windows Server environments.Basic networking concepts : IP addressing, TCP / IP, wireless / wired topologies.Office 365 (Outlook / Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).Familiarity with Active Directory user management.Ability to explain technical issues simply and clearly.Strong grammar and written communication skills.REQUIRED ABILITY TO :
