Role Overview :

The Senior AI Solutions Architect will be a key player within the Data team, leading technical initiatives and solution design alongside the Data Science and Data Engineering teams. Your expertise in data technologies along with your experience in Confluent Cloud, Flink, and AI-driven automation will enable you to create scalable, event-driven systems that address our organization’s complex requirements.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• AI Integration : Implement AI technologies such as machine learning models and predictive analytics into automation and event-driven workflows.
• Data Integration : Design and manage AI / ML solutions across SaaS platforms and databases using Confluent and microservices patterns.
• Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with cohesive AI strategies and outcomes.
• Microservices Development : Guide the design of microservices that adhere to cloud-native principles.
• Technical Oversight : Conduct design reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure the delivery of secure and maintainable solutions.
• Team & Mentorship : Coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth.
