Applied Innovation is currently seeking a new Sales Manager to work in our Valparaiso, IN office. We're looking for highly motivated individuals, with B2B outside sales / imaging industry experience pertaining to software and hardware solutions. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to :

• Hit the Number achieve all sales goals and targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Develop and manage a team of sales reps in the Valparaiso territory
• Ensure fast, friendly, and amazing customer service to Applied Innovation's clients
• Grow the market share by adding prospective new clients and consistently closing business
• Maintain and cultivate our culture within Applied Innovation and our client's organizations
• Main focus on net new business in the Valparaiso area
• Maintain a sales territory as a Selling Sales Manager
