Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The Assistant General Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the bakery / restaurant, including but not limited to, staff supervision, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they deliver top-notch service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and receiving to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue and expenses, and contribute to budget planning and forecasting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market demands to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Support the General Manager in any other duties and responsibilities as needed.
