Clinical Program Director

At Monte Nido Clementine, we are dedicated to saving lives and helping individuals achieve their healthiest selves. Our residential treatment programs provide compassionate care for adolescents struggling with eating disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction.

As the Clinical Program Director , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the clinical quality of our treatment programs, supporting up to 14 clients. Join our team in fostering empathy, education, and support for adolescents and their families as they navigate their recovery journeys.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Ensuring overall clinical quality and continuous improvement while managing staffing and budgetary aspects.
• Leading clinical therapists through effective mentoring and coaching, including facilitating interactions with insurance payers.
• Modeling healthy eating habits by sharing meals with clients and staff during mealtimes.
• Conducting individual, group, or family therapy as needed.
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning with the treatment team.
• Providing safe and empathetic support across diverse populations.

Salary : $110,000 - $125,000 / year

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM; on-call rotation required
