Customer Service Rep
Position Type : Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote; subject to company changes)
Overview : Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist and become a key resource in supporting our order management process. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on SAP experience, exceptional organization skills, and a track record of providing outstanding customer service beyond call center or retail positions.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring prompt, courteous resolution of issues requiring product knowledge.
Monitor resolution process and ensure coordination with other departments to follow through on customer requests.
Proactively reach out to customers to identify and address needs.
Utilize various tracking systems and tools for order management and fulfillment.
Resolve disputes, issue credit / debit memos, and process samples / rebates.
Monitor sales orders through the entire fulfillment process.
Apply multitasking and project management abilities to translate business needs into actionable plans.
Demonstrate continual improvement and dynamic adjustment to new conditions and personnel.
Ensure accurate documentation, follow-up, and inventory management.
