Customer Service Representative (Jewelry Experience)

Location : DTLA

Schedule : fully onsite | Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Duration : Permanent / Direct Hire - multiple openings

Salary : $23-$26 / hr

Position Summary :

Seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the jewelry industry and a strong understanding of wholesale operations. This role is essential in maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring smooth order processing and support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
  • Assist clients with product inquiries, availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support trade shows, showroom appointments, and other client-facing events as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the jewelry industry (wholesale preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry terminology, materials, and product types.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
