Electrical Senior Project Manager

United Trades of America is a leading provider of skilled labor in the construction industry. We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee large-scale electrical projects.

• Responsibilities :
• Develop clear and concise work statements for field operations that align with project goals.
• Manage daily project administration, supervising staff or multiple Project Managers.
• Train and mentor Project Managers on company philosophy and operational systems.
• Negotiate and oversee the preparation of change orders for projects.
• Maintain detailed logs to track project progress and performance.
• Train and supervise a Project Assistant in managing project tracking tools.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth construction activities.
• Collaborate with onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
• Investigate and resolve any serious issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing and equipment rentals.
• Protect the company's interests while building strong client relationships.
• Qualifications :
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• 5-7 years of project management experience in construction, focusing on electrical systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
