Staff Performance Coordinator (Seasonal Position)

- Acting as the first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues
- Educating clients on guidelines and setting expectations for the handling of any employee issues
- Ensuring all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion
- Coordinating resolution of all workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understanding risk areas for all parties
- Delivering client customized new hire orientations
- Collecting and reviewing all required work related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start
- Running reports and using data to identify workforce challenges and escalating issues to the appropriate resource
- Participating in client meetings about safety and operations and documenting and investigating safety incidents and executing the safety observation program
- Coaching associates on attendance policies, conducting ABC performance reviews, and assigning and ending associate assignments
- Processing payroll and tracking attendance, wage, and hour compliance
- Walking candidates through a tour of the client facility (walking 3 to 5 miles daily)
- Participating in whiteboard meetings to understand daily order fill goals
- Conducting onboarding, I-9s, and background checks
