We are seeking a Service Advisor for our Payne Rio Grande City Dodge / Ford location. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their service needs, recommending services, and providing accurate cost estimates. This role requires excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge of automotive repairs, and the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.
