Supervise and lead graphic design
Design and redesign computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication
Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications of the project
Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the company
Complete the project work within the timeline and estimated budget
Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide best quality of designs
Be aware of the latest techniques and procedures used in designs
Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues
Assist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adept them according to the objectives of the project
Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative campaigns for specific targets
Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments
Define the heart of Kagome's Purpose, be the human face and voice that evangelizes Kagome's story internally and externally.Foster strong, loyal relationships between Kagome's customers and the brand. Be authentically passionate about - and intimately familiar with - Kagome products and services, skilled at making deep connections with customers, vendors and internal lines of business. Provide critical customer intelligence that helps Kagome make data driven business decisions.
Brand management : (ensuring all marketing material and initiatives) use of a consistent voice that expresses the values and mission of Kagome. Collaborate with sales, culinary, and R&D to optimize presentations and maximize business growth. Update and develop electronic communications, utilize Kagome Force, company website, social media and other commercial outreach activities / materials.
Drive Kagome's fundamental understanding of customer needs, attitudes and habits then utilize those insights to tailor business strategy / solutions, engagement, focus, customer loyalty and priorities. Proselytize customer centric thinking along the different lines of business. Develop Kagome and customized collateral materials for all target market segments including national and customer specific trade shows.
Drives Marketing Strategy in collaboration with Sales and R&D that identifies product development solutions for target accounts. Specific responsibilities include; developing marketing pieces for all target segments / distribution channels, preparing promotional plans for strategic value added / competitive advantage opportunities, and conducting market / business analyses to achieve Kagome's strategic plan.
Provide consumer research connecting trends, determining customer gap analyses, and pricing analyses for existing and target customers. Support sales calls, sample submissions and culinary presentations with strategic supporting materials and communication pieces. Identifies target accounts and endeavors to build relationships with customers and on-site personnel including food scientists, sales managers, and vendor partners.
Food photography and food styling (layout, composition, and marketing appeal including texture, tone, background, angle, and impact) for internal documentation and inspiration of marketing insights / trends that promote strategic customer growth.
Continuous market research to understand emerging flavors and food concepts through the four stages of consumer adoption.
