Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with obtaining coverage for prescription medications
Manage inbound / outbound calls to patients, guarantors, payors, and payees
Utilize call center software for account research and updates
Required Qualifications
Must have a quiet location in home to work
Previous insurance verification experience (1+ year preferred)
Experience with high-volume calls
Computer proficient and able to navigate multiple screens
High School Diploma or GED
