Qualifications

• Strong background in banking, financial services, and customer service
• Proficiency in basic math, including cash handling, debits & credits, and financial calculations
• Experience in financial sales, loan origination, and upselling is highly desirable
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and relationship management techniques
• Familiarity with fraud prevention and detection methods
• Ability to process loans and manage loan applications effectively
• Skilled in cash management, cash register operations, and retail math
• Proficient in 10 key typing for accurate and efficient data entry
• Certification or training in math-related fields is a plus
