Dietitian

Key Responsibilities : Accountable for ensuring the quality of nutritional care provided to both inpatients and outpatients. Conducts nutritional assessments and evaluations, offering dietary recommendations based on findings. Provides counseling and educational guidance to patients. Designs and oversees nutrition care plans, adjusting and monitoring them as necessary. Implements nutrition therapy orders and ensures their proper execution. Observes and evaluates patient adherence to, acceptance of, and tolerance for prescribed nutrition therapy. Regularly reassesses and updates nutrition care plans. Oversees the planning and management of the nutrition office.

Required Qualifications :

• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• Must hold a current, valid, and active license and / or certification to practice as a Registered Dietitian in the respective state.
• Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is required.
• At least two (2) years of clinical experience in a hospital setting is required.
