Point Place Dental, a Cherry Tree Dental Office, is seeking a Dental Assistant / Business Team Member to join our friendly and professional team in Stevens Point, WI. While your primary role will be dental assisting, we're looking for someone who's also comfortable stepping in to support the front office aspect of the practice, ensuring a seamless patient experience from front to back.

As a Business Team Member, you will enhance the daily operations of the clinic by providing excellent communication and customer service to our patients. This position will provide positive and professional customer service over the phone and in person, including posting of payments and insurance verifications, scheduling patient appointments, and going over treatment plans. You are a vital role in the daily operations of the practice.

As a Dental Assistant you will work to enhance the daily operations of the clinic by providing excellent care and communication to our patients. As a Dental Assistant you will :

• Prepares, sterilizes, disinfects, and maintains dental equipment, instruments, and supplies.
• Disinfect dental operatory after patient appointments.
• Maintains infection control procedures, patient privacy, and professional interactions with patients and staff.

Education and experience :

Patient care hours : Monday through Thursday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
