LEAD LEASING AGENT
Reports To : Property Manager
Job Type : Full Time
We’re actively seeking a Bilingual Lead Leasing Agent who is detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and experienced in multifamily housing to join our growing team. This leadership role not only manages the leasing process but also provides guidance, training, and support to the leasing team to ensure consistency, compliance, and exceptional resident experiences across our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor leasing staff to achieve occupancy and performance goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated resident inquiries and leasing issues
- Conduct property tours and professionally represent the community to prospective residents
- Oversee all aspects of the leasing process—from initial inquiry to lease signing and renewals—ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor leasing activity, maintain up-to-date records of vacancies, applications, and performance metrics
- Review and approve leasing documents, applications, and renewals for accuracy and compliance
- Support the Property Manager in developing and executing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and retention
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for residents
- Partner with marketing to implement property marketing efforts and ensure consistent branding
- Travel regularly between properties throughout the DFW area as needed
- Perform general administrative duties and contribute to overall office organization
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (required)2–3+ years of experience in leasing or property management (Lead or supervisory experience preferred)Proven track record in multifamily apartment communities (required)Strong leadership, training, and team-building skillsExcellent customer service, communication, and sales abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entryKnowledge of property management software (such as Onesite, Apartments 24 / 7, Apartments.com) is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailUnderstanding of leasing laws and tenant regulationsReliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sitesProfessional, positive, and self-motivated attitudeMarketing and outreach skills to support occupancy goalsWhy Join Us?
