Driver & Dispatcher

Breads Bakery is a New York bakery dedicated to producing handmade breads and pastries using traditional baking techniques and providing our guests with an unforgettable experience. Breads Bakery is seeking a reliable team player to join our logistics team as a driver and dispatcher.

The dispatcher is responsible for counting, tracking, and delivering products, ingredients, supplies and orders on our box truck from our flagship Union Square location to our other bakery locations, warehouse and guests. The position requires early morning, weekend and holiday availability and is a physically demanding role.

Skills and Requirements :

• Holds a non-expired driver's license with a clean record
• Punctual and dependable
• Experience in a similar role and / or background in hospitality industry (preferred but not required)
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Remarkable communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving aptitude, and ability to multitask
• A can-do attitude and excellent team player
• Technologically savvy (preferred, but not required)
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs during the shift
