We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electric power distribution engineering projects from planning through construction. This role is ideal for someone who wants to drive high-impact infrastructure work while building long-term client relationships.

You’ll oversee modernization and upgrade projects for electric distribution systems — including routing, permitting, design, right-of-way acquisition, estimating, procurement, and construction administration. You’ll be accountable for project delivery, client satisfaction, and financial performance, while also helping grow our distribution business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full lifecycle of distribution engineering projects (concept to closeout)
• Act as primary point of contact with utility clients
• Lead budgets, schedules, scope, risk, and financial reporting
• Oversee internal teams and external contractors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Support proposals, contract negotiations, and business development efforts
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff
